Καὶ ἄλλος ἄγγελος ἠκολούθησε, λέγων· *Επεσεν, ἔπεσε Βαβυλὼν ἡ πόλις ἡ μεγάλη, ὅτι ἐκ τοῦ οἴνου τοῦ θυμοῦ τῆς πορνείας αὑτ | τῆς πεπότικε πάντα ἔθνη.

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth but the word of our God shall stand for ever, Isa. xl. 8. But Israel shall be saved in the LoRD with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded world without end, xlv. 17. According to the eternal purpose which he purposed in Christ Jesus our Lord, Eph. iii. 9-11. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, 2 Thess. ii. 16. Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Heb. xiii.

VER. 7.

Λέγοντα ἐν φωνῇ μεγάλη Φοβήθητε τον Θεὸν, καὶ δότε αὐτῷ δόξαν, ὅτι ἦλθεν ἡ ὥρα τῆς κρίσεως αὐτοῦ· καὶ προσκυνήσατε τῷ ποιήσαντι τὸν οὐρανὸν καὶ τὴν γῆν καὶ θάλασσαν καὶ πηγὰς ὑδάτων.

VER. 14.

Καὶ εἶδον, καὶ ἰδοὺ νεφέλη λευκὴ, καὶ ἐπὶ τὴν νεφέλην καθήμενος ὅμοιος υἱῷ ἀνθρώπου, ἔχων ἐπὶ τῆς κεφαλῆς αὐτοῦ στέφανον | χρυσοῦν, καὶ ἐν τῇ χειρὶ αὐτοῦ δρέπανον ὀξύ. And I looked, and behold, s a white cloud, and upon the cloud one sat like unto the Son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.

And I saw as it were a sea of glass mingled with fire: band them that had gotten the victory over the beast, and over his image, and over his mark, and over the number of his name, stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Τίς οὐ μὴ φοβηθῇ σε, Κύριε, καὶ δοξάσῃ τὸ ὄνομά σου; ὅτι μόνος ὅσιος ὅτι πάντα τὰ ἔθνη ἥξουσι, καὶ προσκυνήσουσιν ἐνώπιόν σου· ὅτι τὰ δικαιώματά σου ἐφανερώθησαν.
