An Act respecting Bills of Exchange and [Came into force March 1st, 1887; repealed, September 1st, 1890, by the Bills of Exchange Act, section 95.] HER ER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate and House of Commons of Canada, enacts as follows: 1. Every bill of exchange or promissory note which is and notes made payable at a month, or months, from and after the date thereof, shall become due and payable on the same numbered day of the month in which it is made payable as the day on which it is dated,-unless there is no such day in the month in which it is made payable, in which case it shall become due and payable on the last day of that month, with the addition, in all cases, of the days of grace allowed by law. 35 Vict. c. 10, s. 1. When last day of grace is a non juridical day. 2.
