Governor of the State of Maryland:

Sir-In compliance with the law requiring me to report to you once each year, I now have the honor to submit the Thirtysecond Annual Report.

It contains reports from all Fire, Life, Accident, Fidelity, Casualty and other Insurance Companies authorized to transact business in this State, exhibiting their condition for the year ending December 31, 1902.

In compliance with the law requiring an examination to be made at least once in every four years of the Home Companies, I desire to state that such examination was made under the direction of the Commissioner this present year, and showed that the statements made to us and published in this report were correct.
