in order to liquidate the existing indebtedness of the Agricultural and Mechanical College and to provide additional income for meeting the annual expenditures of the said Agricultural and Mechanical College of Kentucky, and the same is directed to be paid annually by the treasurer of the State to the treasurer of the Agricul tural and Mechanical College, upon warrant issued by the Auditor of Public Accounts, who is hereby directed to draw and issue said warrant for the purpose aforesail. AN ACT amending an act, entitled "An Act relating to fees," approved June 15, 1893, and being chapter 226 of the Acts of 1891, 1892 and 1893, being the same as chapter 47, Kentucky Statutes. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: charged. § 1. That an act, entitled "An act relating to Fees," approved June 15, 1893, and being chapter 226 of the Fee that may be acts of 1891, 1892 and 1893 the same as chapter 47, Kentucky Statutes, be amended by repealing section 1 of said act, but said repeal shall not affect the fees of compensation allowed by the section repealed for services rendered before the said repeal goes into force and effect.
