To the honorable, the assembly of the state of Wisconsin:

Complying with the request in resolution No. 7, A., "That the secretary of state be reqnested to furnish the assembly the information to whom the trust funds of the state are loaned, and in what amounts; further, what amount now on hand that could be loaned, on proper security," I have the honor to submit the following report of said funds.
