Of PERSECUTION for Righteousness Sake.

Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteous-

cute you, and shall say all manner of evil against

you falsly for my fake.

Ye are the falt of the earth; but if the falt have

loft his favour, wherewith shall it be falted? It

is thenceforth good for nothing but to be cast out,

and to be trodden under foot of men.

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on

an hill cannot be hid.

Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a

bushel: but on a candlestick, and it giveth light

unto all that are in the house...
