through Faith. -Gal. 3: 14.

The one ambition of our being should be to be sure that we are resolutely following the Shepherd whithersoever He goeth: according to His own assurance, when He putteth forth His own sheep, He goeth before them, and the sheep follow Him. These words make a considerable demand upon our Faith. -F. B. Meyer.

Sanctified by Faith.

-Acts 27: 18.

THE HELPFUL THOUGHT

Through Faith we become members of the everlasting body of Christ! The Spirit

Be sober for thou art not there:

After I heard of your Faith in the Lord Jesus and love unto all the saints, I cease not to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers. -Eph. 1: 15, 16.

THE HELPFUL THOUGT

By Faith we discern the will of God. If our Faith be living and capable of life and expansion, like a seed, though it be at first as small as a grain of mustard seed, we can so discern God's will, and so assimilate our will to His, that whatever we desire for ourselves or others, be it for their highest good, will be accomplished. -E. A. Abbott.

"Almighty and everliving God, who for the more confirmation of the Faith didst suffer Thy holy apostle Thomas to be doubtful in Thy Son's resurrection: Grant us so perfectly and without all doubt, to believe in Thy Son Jesus Christ, that our

which gives energy and spirit to do right without doubt or despondency. When God sees that, He sees the spring and fountain out of which all good springs: He sees, in short, the very life of Christ begun

Faith will not be without works, for the fountain must flow on, and the tree must grow and the life of God in the soul, sanguine trust in God, must spring up into act, for to say that it does not, would be to say that it is dead. -F. W. Robertson.
