'Ps. xxxvii. 30: The mouth of the righteous speaketh wisdom, and his tongue talketh of judgment. PRO. x. 31, 32: The mouth of the just bringeth forth wisdom. The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable: but the mouth of the wicked speaketh frowardness. ECCLES. x. 12: The words of a wise man's mouth are gracious; but the lips of a fool will swallow up himself.
