*Ch. 30, G. L. 1871, provides that the general terms of the circuit court for the county of Juneau shall be held on the 2d Monday of October, and the 2d Monday in March in each year.

Chapter 251, laws of 1874, authorizes the circuit judge of the eighth judicial eircuit, të alter the time for holding terms in the county of St. Croix, by publishing a notice of such change for sixty days before such order is to take effect.

+Every regular term in the counties of Brown, Outagamie and Oconto shall be a special term for the whole circuit.
