SUPPLEMENTAL OPINION IN OHIO VALLEY WATER CASE.

In the case of Borough of Bellevue, et al., vs. Ohio Valley Water Co., the Commission has handed down an extended report on the Petition for Re-hearing, and a separate opinion by Commissioner Rilling has been prepared. These opinions will appear in our issue of April 6.

In accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 29, 1915 (P. L. 204), the acts containing solely an appropriation will be printed separately and apart from the general laws.

The general laws will be numbered as usual No. 1, No. 2, etc., and the appropriation acts will be numbered No. 1-A, No 2-A, etc.
