THEREAS it is expedient that not only the Bed and Bedding of Debtors should be exempt from being seized and sold in execution of Judgments,

Et qu'il soit de plus statué par l'autorité susdite, que les personnes sous la direction et surintendance desquelles l'argent approprié par le présent Acte sera employé et dépensé, mettront devant les Branches de la Législature dans le cours de quinze jours, à compter du jour de l'ouverture de la prochaine Session d'icelle, un état général et détaillé de la manière dont tel argent aura été employé et dépensé.

III.
