The Divinity class was taught by the Principal till 1640, when the General Assembly ordered the offices to be disjoined.

Mr. Burnet was afterwards preferred to be
Bishop of Sarum, and is well known by his writ-
ings; soon after his admission, he wrote his book

on the thirty-nine Articles, and resigned his
charge in 1674.
