D. 1874, entered into contract with WARREN W. WHIPPLE, Public Printer, whereby the said WHIPPLE is to print and bind in pamphlet form one thousand copies of the LAWS enacted by the Tenth Legislative Assembly, together with two hundred and fifty copies each of the JOURNALS of the Council and House of Representatives of said Tenth Session, and that I have delivered to said WARREN W. WHIPPLE, Public Printer, true and correct copies of all LAWS, JOINT RESOLUTIONS, and MEMORIALS now on file in my office, passed at the Tenth Session of the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Colorado, and also duplicate copies of the JOURNALS of the Council and House of Representatives.
