near the mouth of Anderson's creek, in Clearfield county, and also to incorporate a

company for making an artificial road from the town of Northumberland, in the

county of Northumberland, by the best and nearest route, to the west branch of the

Susquehanna river, at or near the mouth of Anderson's creek; passing through
