CHAPTER 1.

AN ACT appointing a State Printer.

[Passed January 13, 1840.]

The People of the State of New-York, represented in Senate

and Assembly, do enact as follows:

§ 1. Thurlow Weed of the city of Albany, is hereby ap- T. Weed

quired by law or by concurrent resolution of the senate and

assembly.
