§ 2. All notices and advertisements required by law to be Notices in

published in the newspaper printed by the Printer to the state, the Albany

Argus, may be continued in the same paper, and shall be as
valid as if this act had not been passed.

§ 3. The Printer to the state shall hold his office for the Term of of-
