Let us give the most devoted and persistent attention to these things, striving at the same time to advance the standard of medical education, and let us not rest until ample provision of the best character has been obtained for all classes of the insane, and proper measures adopted and enforced for the effectual suppression of all preventable disease throughout the length and breadth of our beloved Commonwealth.
