This is a brand new book by one of our leading authors, Paul Burns. The book looks at everything a budding entrepreneur needs to consider in order to give him/herself the best chance of launching a successful new venture. It is a very practical text and progressively builds a roadmap - from generating an idea, or recognising an opportunity, through developing the business model, and raising finance - towards the creation of an effective business plan.
