OFFENCE. TRIBUNAL. PUNISHMENT, Protecting any person against his creditors on pretence that he is a soldier, or unlawfully protecting soldiers not on duty. Soldier-Gen. Dis. Cashiering, ing as second, being privy to a duel and not preventing it; upbraiding another for refusing or not giving a challenge; oppos ing an honourable adjustment. But if an officer who has been convicted Ditto. of any of the last-mentioned offences had strenuously exerted himself to effect an honourable adjustment then. Any one on guard knowingly and willingly suffering any to go forth to fight a duel. Striking or ill-treating a soldier. or other punishment. Any punishment less than cashiering. Officer-Gen. C.M. Cashiering, or lesser Soldier-Gen. Dis. Hiring, or conniving at hiring, another to Ditto. Selling, losing, &c., arms, &c., or making Ditto. Found guilty of felony by the civil power. Ditto. offence.
