Begun and holden at the City of Quebec, in the said Province of Lower Canada, the twenty-eighth day of June, Anno Domini 1838, in the second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Victoria, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, &c., and ended on the thirty-first day of October, of the same year.
