7 The works of his hands are verity and judgement; all his commandments art Aire.

creatures, to fear Cod and hit church.

WHEN Israel went out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of strange language;

1 Judab was his sanctuary, and Israel his dominion.

3 The sea saw it, and tied: Jordan was driven back.

4. Tlic mountains (kipped like rams, and the little hills like lambs.

5 What ailed thee, O thou sea, that thou fleddest > thou Jordan, that thou wast driven back?

6 Ye mountains, that ye skipped like rams; and ye little hills, like lambs?

7 Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of the Lor D, at the presence of the God of Jacob;

8 Which turned the rockintoa standing water, the flint into a fountain of waters.

and truth.

OPR AISE the Lord, all ye nations; praise him, all ye people, i For his merciful kindness is great toward us, and the truth of the L6rd endureth for ever. Praise ye the Lo R D.

OGIVE thanks unto the Lo R D J for he is good: because his mercy endureth for ever.

- 1 Let Israel now say, that "his mercy endureth for ever.

3 Let the house of Aaron now fay, that his mercy endureth for ever.

4. Let them now that fear the LorD fay, that his mercy endureth for ever.

5 I called upon the Lord 1n distress: the Lor D answered me, and set me in a large place.

6 The Lord is on my side; I will not fear: what can man do unto me?

7 The Lord taketh my part with them that help me: therefore (hall I see my desire Upon them that hate me.'

8 It is better to trust in the Lo;o than to put confidence in man.

9 It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in princes.
