The SECOND SCHEDULE to which this Act refers, marked B. comprizing the Meffuages, Lands, &c. in Peft House Field, Portfmouth.

ALL thofe feveral Pieces or Parcels of Arable Land, containing by

Statute Measure Sixteen Acres Two Roods and Fifteen Perches or thereabouts, belonging to the Devisees in Truft of John Brain deceafed, lying difperfedly in a Common Field, called Peft House Field otherwife East Dock Field otherwise Fountain Field, fituate in the Parish of Portfea, in the County of Southampton; and also all thofe Nine Meffuages or Tenements and a Storehouse, alfo belonging to the faid Devisees in Truft of the faid John Brain, with the Yards Gardens and Appurtenances thereto belonging, fituate, lying and being in the faid Common Field, Seven whereof are fituate on the Weft Side of a Street called Portland Street, and the other Two with the faid Storehoufe on the Eaft Side thereof; and alfo an Erection or Building now ftanding on Part of the faid Land hereinbefore described, now in Leafe to Henry Colville, and used by him as a Timber Yard; and alfo all thofe feveral Pieces or Parcels of Arable Land, containing together by Statute Measure Four Acres Two Roods and Sixteen Perches or thereabouts, belonging to the College of Winchester, and now in Leafe to Thomas Thistlethwayte Efquire, lying difperfedly in the faid Common Field; and alfo all thofe feveral Pieces or Parcels of Arable Land, containing by Statute Measure Four Acres Two Roods and Thirty Perches or thereabouts, belonging to the Devifees in Truft of John Ridge Efquire deceased, lying difperfedly in the faid Common Field; and alfo all thofe feveral
