A bill to amend subdivision 14 of section 2982 of the revised statutes, relating to property exempt from execution,

Being the special order at this time,

Mr. Harrington offered the following amendment:

Amend section 1 by striking out the number 14 where it occurs in the first and second lines of said section in the printed bill, and inserting in lieu thereof the number 15.

Amend section 1 by inserting the word "married" between the words "all" and "persons" where they occur in the second line of said section in the printed bill.

Amend section 1 by inserting between the words "persons" and for," where they occur in the second line of the printed bill, the following: "and of all other persons who have to provide for the entire support of a family in this state."

Which were adopted.

Mr. Borchardt offered the following amendment:

No. 299, A., is hereby amended by striking out the words "six months" in the second and fifth lines of section 1 of the printed bill where the said words occur in the said lines, and insert in lieu thereof the words "seventy-five dollars."

Mr. Gray moved that the amendment be laid upon the table.
