SUPREME COURT OF MISSISSIPPI.1 The following amendment of rule No. 10 of the supreme court was adopted June 22, 1898: made and insisted upon at the original hearing or submission of the cause. No extension of the time for making such an application will be granted except on account of sick "Ordered: That rule 10 of this court be ness or other extreme cause. The court will, amended to read as follows: "10. Petition for Reargument; Suggestion of Error.-Applications for reargument shall be presented in open court by petition and noted on the minutes of the court on or before the Monday succeeding the delivery of the opinion, and no reargument shall be granted upon any point or question not distinctly 1 For rule as originally adopted, see 13 South. 24 So.
